C Store Supply's goal is customer satisfaction. If, at any time you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us.

Returns: We accept returns on most new, unused, and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Please note that goods returned must be in original condition and their original packaging.

Others, like personalized/custom order goods, perishable items, and those damaged or altered after delivery, cannot be returned. We highly recommend our customers to go through the product description very well before they make any orders for the best results.

If case you received the wrong item or defective item, we will be happy to pay the return shipping costs. Refunds for qualifying items are issued promptly after we receive and process the returned product. The whole process, including transit time, usually takes up to 4 weeks, though many are completed far more quickly.

We ship most items to most destinations around the country and internationally, unless noted within the item description, due to local regulation or carrier limitations on shipping.

The estimated shipping cost and speed depends on the total weight and dimensions of all the items in your order. To conform to the policies of our carriers, item weights are rounded up to the nearest pound. We display an estimate of shipping cost and delivery time in checkout so that you can choose the option that best meets your needs.

For domestic orders, delivery usually takes around 5 to 7 business days.
